Pelvic floor pain (men and women), osteoporosis and healing...

Pelvic floor pain or dysfunction can be debilitating. Men and women are often referred to me for experiencing chronic tension in the area, urine retention and/or incontinence. Many have had multiple tests and procedures offering little to no relief.

I wanted to share a couple common causes to pain and dysfunction to help you or someone you know gain relief.

One common cause is a neuromuscular compensation. Pelvic floor muscles may become overactive, Click here to continue reading…

Huge health mistake causing infertility, chronic digestive issues, pain and obesity!!!!

One of the most common mistakes I see is the way in which individuals nourish themselves. Some are moving more plant based, others are restricting calories or too busy to eat. Most are making some of the very mistakes I made that impacted my digestive tract, infertility and immune system in the past.

I was eating a great deal of healthy food (or what I thought to be healthy) and was by no means attempting to eat too little once I realized the value of food, but I did not realize how short I fell in my daily caloric needs. Click here to continue reading….

Dangers to excess supplementation

Clients are always asking me, "How do I know who to listen to? Everyone sounds good, but what's the reality when it comes to taking supplements on a regular basis?"

Vitamin supplementation can become costly, cumbersome and ineffective.

With all the recent promotion of vitamin C, Zinc, vitamin D, Quercetin and more...I felt it important to share information in relation to vitamin toxicity, negative health symptoms and customization to ones individual needs.

COVID TRIAGE PLAN UPDATES

Below is the original COVID triage plan I put out a few months ago to help prevent hospitalization and to assist with the healing process.

Here are some pointers to help with application:

*Start applying some of these steps now. Get the items on hand. Practice making the jello as a snack, make a ginger shot, drink some broth, start eating more whole foods. Trying to apply these steps when you are sick is not easy if you have never done them before. Continue reading here.

COVID Immediate Triage Plan

Hello all!

Many of us have been severely impacted by COVID. I have received multiple calls this week requesting support for those with COVID symptoms in efforts to prevent hospitalization. My previous COVID emails offered a variety of information, but I felt it necessary to send an immediate triage plan to simplify the process as much as possible. I am not a doctor. These steps are just crucial to sustaining vitality and reducing inflammation. I have personally helped more than 60 individuals of all ages avoid hospitalization and long haul symptoms. My entire family experienced COVID. Each person from ages 13 to 70, recovered within 5 days or less without medication.

Please utilize these tips as tools to reduce discomfort and fear. Avoid any steps listed below if you are allergic to something recommended, and/or you know it's contraindicated to your other health conditions. Click here to read more: https://conta.cc/3CgVDI6

Jon’s Healing Journey with Multiple Sclerosis

I wanted to take time to share my husband's journey with you in hopes of offering you or someone you know support, results and faith as to what the human body is capable of. It is important for me to lay a foundation, so please hang in there with me until the end. There is life saving information in this note and a lot of gratitude from me to many of you.

Jon, was introduced to me in April of 2014. I helped a friend of his recover from an ALS diagnosis (the only reversal diagnosis to exist at USF). He felt I could help Jon with his quality of life. Jon, was diagnosed in 1999 with MS while working as a Staff Sergeant in the Army. His first symptom was optic neuritis. He was eventually forced to retire and progressed to losing his left leg function, experiencing drop foot and loss of hip flexion. He could still walk with a cane, by swinging his hip versus lifting his leg, but he came to me to improve strength and prevent progression. Click here to read further: https://conta.cc/3j6keXg
