Kiminisim summary: there are no accounts, and your quotes, lessons, reflections, bookmarks and track progress stay on your phone. The app shows Google ads; they are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
GoalFuel summary: there are no accounts, and your goal, sales, reflection notes, deals, commission plan, streak and achievements stay inside the app on your phone. The app shows Google ads; they are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
SmartBirthday summary: there are no accounts, and every birthday, note, relationship history entry, gift plan and Smart Tools record stays inside the app on your phone. The app shows only non-personalized Google ads and never asks to track you, and it includes no Firebase. Contacts, your calendar's busy times, photos and the microphone are used only when you tap the feature that needs them, and are processed on your device. Uninstalling the app removes its data from your phone; your own device backups (iCloud, Finder or Android Auto Backup) may keep a copy, except the Confession Vault, which is excluded from them.
Daily Istiqamah summary: your ayah reflections, favorites, streaks, reminder preferences and weekly intention history stay on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud sync for your journal. The app shows only non-personalized Google ads and never asks to track you, and your private journal entries are not shared with advertisers. If you turn on optional guidance updates, Firebase Cloud Messaging processes an app installation token to deliver those notifications; journal text is never included.
Quick Resize summary: there are no accounts, and photos are processed on your device and never uploaded. Metadata inspection and removal happen locally, and each export is checked against the file actually written. The app shows Google ads; they are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt.
Kimi Appointments summary: you sign in with an email account so your appointments are stored in your own account. Arrival outcomes stay on your device. The app never requests device location, shows only non-personalized Google ads and never asks to track you. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app.

We will never use your health data for advertising purposes or share it with advertisers. The content you create in Kiminisim, GoalFuel, SmartBirthday, Daily Istiqamah and Quick Resize stays on your device and is never shared with advertisers; Kimi Appointments data is stored only in your own account.
Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your data seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect it:
Website
- Hosting: Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides SSL/TLS encryption and enterprise-grade security
- Payments: Website transactions are processed through Squarespace Commerce with PCI-compliant payment handling
- Forms & Data: All form submissions (contact, enrollment) are encrypted in transit and stored securely on Squarespace servers
HealTracker App
- Cloud Infrastructure: App data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) with encryption at rest and in transit
- Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication with secure token-based sessions
- App Integrity: Firebase App Check is used to verify that requests originate from our authentic app
- Access Controls: Firestore Security Rules enforce strict per-user data access — you can only access your own data
- Encryption: All data transmitted between the app and our servers uses TLS/SSL encryption
Kiminisim App
- On-device only: All app data (saved Kiminisims, reflections, reminder time) is stored inside the app's private sandbox using the operating system's secure key/value store (Android
SharedPreferences/ iOSNSUserDefaults) - No servers of ours: Kiminisim does not send your content to any backend. There is no cloud sync, no account database, and no remote storage

- Device backups: Your own iCloud or Finder backup (iPhone) and Android Auto Backup (copied to your own Google Drive, encrypted by Google) can include the app's data, so it returns on a new phone. The Confession Vault is kept in a file excluded from all of these. Healing with Excellence never sees any of these backups; you can turn them off in your device's settings
- User-initiated sharing: When you tap Export or share a Surprise Pack, Successor packet, family charter or printable card, the file is handed to the OS share sheet. Whichever app you choose to receive it then governs the file under its own privacy policy
- Release signing: Production builds are signed with our private keys so users can be sure updates come from Healing with Excellence and not from a third party
Daily Istiqamah App
- On-device journal storage: Reflections, favorites, streaks and reminder preferences are stored inside the app's private sandbox using the OS key/value storage available to the app container
- No app account backend: Daily Istiqamah does not require a login, does not create an account database and does not sync your journal to our servers
- Bundled content: Supported ayah, translation and tafsir content is packaged into the app for offline use in this release
- Advertising SDK: The app includes Google Mobile Ads and requests only non-personalized ads, governed by Google's security and privacy controls
- Sandboxed by the OS: Other apps on your device cannot read Daily Istiqamah's private journal data without compromising the device itself; uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data
Quick Resize App
- On-device processing: Photos are read, edited and exported on your device and are never uploaded
- Local privacy log: Stored inside the app's private storage and contains no image data
- Advertising SDK: Google Mobile Ads is included and makes ad requests to Google. No analytics or crash-reporting libraries are bundled
Kimi Appointments App
- Account security: Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication with secure token-based sessions
- Per-account storage: Appointments are stored in Cloud Firestore under your account, and access rules limit each account to its own data. The on-device cache and arrival outcomes are kept separately for each account
- Encryption: Data between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit
While we implement robust security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Daily Istiqamah: has no accounts and does not upload Qalb Journal text, favorites, streaks, or reminder preferences — journal entries remain on-device in the app's private storage. The app includes Google Mobile Ads for consent-gated, non-personalized banner ads and Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional guidance updates. If you enable guidance updates, Firebase processes an app installation identifier, messaging token, app/device metadata, and delivery diagnostics to route notifications. There is no Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Firestore, or Realtime Database in this release, and no cloud journal sync — journal text is never sent to Firebase or advertisers. Disabling guidance updates unsubscribes the installation from the Daily Istiqamah topic, disables FCM automatic initialization, and deletes the FCM token. Daily reminders and guidance updates can be enabled or disabled independently in the app, notification permission can also be revoked in iOS or Android system settings, and ad privacy choices are available in the app whenever Google UMP requires an entry point.
Quick Resize: uses only Google Mobile Ads from the services above. No Firebase, no Stripe, no Crashlytics, no analytics provider. Photos never leave your device.
Kimi Appointments: uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for your account and appointments, and Google Mobile Ads for non-personalized ads. No Stripe, no Crashlytics, no analytics provider.

Important: We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in their PCI-DSS Level 1 certified environment.
Stripe and Squarespace may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies (Stripe · Squarespace). We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and basic transaction metadata (amount, date, status).
Kiminisim is fully free. The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no payment flows. No billing information is ever requested or collected.
GoalFuel is fully free. The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no payment flows. No billing information is ever requested or collected.
SmartBirthday is fully free. The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no payment flows. No billing information is ever requested or collected.
Daily Istiqamah does not currently process payments inside the app. The app contains no subscriptions and no in-app purchase flow in this release. If monetization is enabled, it is through advertising rather than billing.
Quick Resize and Kimi Appointments are free. Neither app contains in-app purchases, subscriptions or payment flows.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
To maintain quality and improve your experience across both platforms, we use:
Website
- Squarespace Analytics: Built-in analytics tracking page views, traffic sources, and visitor geography at a country level. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
HealTracker App
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as screen views, feature usage frequency, and session duration. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically collects crash reports including device model, OS version, and stack traces when the app encounters an error. This helps us identify and fix bugs quickly.
Kiminisim App
- No analytics SDK of any kind — Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc. are all absent
- No crash reporter — no Crashlytics, no Sentry, no Bugsnag. Crashes that happen on your device stay on your device
- Advertising — Google Mobile Ads is included. Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, and the app's privacy manifest declares this
GoalFuel App
- No analytics SDK of any kind — Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc. are all absent
- No crash reporter — no Crashlytics, no Sentry, no Bugsnag. Crashes that happen on your device stay on your device. A local error screen is shown so the app can recover gracefully without sending diagnostics anywhere
- Advertising — Google Mobile Ads is included and makes ad requests to Google. Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt
SmartBirthday App
- No analytics SDK of any kind — Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc. are all absent
- No remote crash reporter — no Crashlytics, no Sentry, no Bugsnag. If the app encounters an error, a short entry is appended to a local log file inside the app sandbox; nothing is uploaded automatically. You can choose to attach that file to a support email yourself
- Advertising — Google Mobile Ads is included and requests only non-personalized ads. The app never asks to track you
Advertising and tracking: all six apps show Google Mobile Ads. Kiminisim, GoalFuel and Quick Resize ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and personalize ads only if you allow it. SmartBirthday, Daily Istiqamah and Kimi Appointments request only non-personalized ads and never ask to track you. We do not sell your personal data, and the content you create is never shared with advertisers.
Daily Istiqamah App

Your Rights & Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate information in your profile
- Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and all associated data
- Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke app permissions (e.g., camera, photo library) at any time through your device settings
- Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email
- Cookie Management: Control website cookies through your browser settings
- Opt-Out of Analytics: Contact us to opt out of analytics data collection
- Advertising Choices: Change your tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and use the in-app privacy options where Google's consent form applies
- Kimi Appointments Account Deletion: Delete your account from inside the app; this removes your appointments and reminder records from Firebase and that account's data from the app on your device

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
- Account Data (App): Retained until you request account deletion
- Health & Fitness Data (App): Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
- Email & Newsletter Data (Website): Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Course Access Records (Website): Retained while your course enrollment is active
- Transaction Records (Both): Retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance
- Crash Reports & Analytics (App): Retained for up to 90 days in an identifiable form
- Website Analytics (Website): Aggregated, anonymous data retained indefinitely
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Kiminisim: we hold no Kiminisim data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To wipe your saved Kiminisims, reflections and reminder settings, simply uninstall the app or use your device's Settings → Apps → Kiminisim → Storage → Clear data.
GoalFuel: we hold no GoalFuel data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To wipe your sales, reflections, open deals, life bounties, worked-day check-ins and commission plan, open the app and use Settings → Danger zone → Clear all records (your goal is kept). To remove everything, including your goal, uninstall the app, or on Android use Settings → Apps → GoalFuel → Storage → Clear data.
SmartBirthday: we hold no SmartBirthday data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To wipe everything and reset all preferences, open the app and use Settings → Delete all app data, or uninstall the app, or on Android use Settings → Apps → SmartBirthday → Storage → Clear data. Copies in your own iCloud, Finder or Google backups can be deleted from those backups directly.
Daily Istiqamah: we hold no Daily Istiqamah journal data on our own server, so there is no cloud reflection archive for us to delete on your behalf. To wipe reflections, favorites, streaks and reminder preferences, clear them in the app where available, uninstall the app, or use your device's app storage controls. Advertising partners may retain ad-request data according to their own retention rules under their own privacy policies.
Quick Resize: we hold no Quick Resize data on any server. To remove the privacy log and settings, uninstall the app.
Kimi Appointments: your appointments are kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account in the app removes them from Firebase and removes that account's cached data and arrival outcomes from your device.
Children's Privacy
Our website, the HealTracker app, the Kiminisim app, the GoalFuel app, the SmartBirthday app, the Daily Istiqamah app, the Quick Resize app, and the Kimi Appointments app are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on any of these platforms. Kiminisim, GoalFuel, SmartBirthday, Daily Istiqamah and Quick Resize have no accounts and keep the content you create on your device; Kimi Appointments stores appointments only in the account you create.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@healingwithexcellence.com, and we will promptly delete such information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes:
