Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Real Level Up app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service

Real Level Up provides a 100 Day Level Up Challenge mobile tracking app. The App allows you to:

• Track daily habits and challenge checklist items
• Log water intake, nutrition, exercise, learning, and breathing metrics
• Capture and store daily progress photos
• Write daily journal reflections
• View your challenge timeline and progress history
• Receive optional motivational push notification reminders

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use the App to impersonate another person.
• You must notify us immediately at support@reallevelup.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including photos, journal notes, and challenge data ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant Real Level Up a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violating the rights of any third party
• Containing malware or harmful code

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Circumvent or interfere with the App's security features
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or data
• Transmit spam, viruses, or any other harmful content through the App
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Real Level Up and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Real Level Up makes no warranties that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The App is suitable for any particular fitness, health, or wellness purpose
• Any data stored via the App will never be lost or corrupted

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Level Up and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Loss of data or challenge progress
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@reallevelup.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason, with or without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
